#GENERATION IS OUR CONCERN
In the year 2023 from April-Jurly we trained over 120 Refugees and Hosting communities #Youths in Ocea and Siripi zones villages of Katiku 1,2 & 3 plus Ngurua. in skills of making liquid and Bar soap and the youth recieved #Entrepreneurship skills training.
Among the 120 youth who were cluster into Enterprenuership groups of Six (6) individuals per group most of them have reliable and sustaining business/ enterprises right from the time they recieved the skills. They immediately invested the skills with the Small start-up materials.
This project CENET implemented with funding from Global refugee youth network GRYN.
Rhino refugees settlement is a vast refugee settlement which covers Two districts (Madi-okollo and Terego) and host over 156,789 from democratic republic of congo, south Sudan, Sudan, somalia, central Africa and other Africa nations plus Asylum seekers within Africa continent and beyond.
Employability is one of the biggest challenge at hand. Thus as community based organization (CENET) we value Vocational #SKILLS development which will promote Self-reliance of the #Refugees and #Hosting communities youths.
