Mr Remo Joseph a refugee disabled man who is living in Ocea C cluster of Rhino refugee settlement during the #Commemoration of the DAY 4 #people with physical disability.

Mr Remo Joseph said, Disability is not Inability because as he is disable but is maintaining/ repairing the roads that passes within his village Ocea C cluster. Inorder to help people Navigate through those spontaneous routes safe where drivers, cyclist, and pedestrian. 

Therefore, not that disabled people are unable persons. Because others are educated, have technical skills and experience but lack recognition. Hence he calls for recognition of  disabled people in the society.
